Way more electric than bossa -but still plenty darn groovy, thanks to an excellent track selection that focuses on lots of hard to find numbers! The groove here goes way past the obvious bossa remix territory you might expect from the title- and although the set does include a bit of that too, there's also a number of recent tracks that clearly draw inspiration from the bossa, but move it into hip new territory. Titles are a nicely global range of recordings.
